Anna Paiuc

Information management

Anna Paiuc joined the GICHD Information Management Division in September 2021. As a Programme Officer, she provides substantive support to a range of projects. This includes support in project cycle management, assisting in the preparation of training and workshops, administrative and technical assistance, and supporting efforts to raise the Centre’s information management profile globally. She previously was a Junior Programme Officer for one year.

Prior to joining the GICHD, Anna Paiuc worked for the ICRC in geographic data management. She also worked in monitoring and evaluation at Generations for Peace, a Jordanian NGO dedicated to peacebuilding through sustainable conflict transformation at the grassroots.

Anna Paiuc holds a BA in Geography and Political Science from the University of Geneva and a MA in International Relations with a focus on the Middle East from the University of St. Gallen. She also has a postgraduate diploma in Geographic Information Systems.
