ITRES Research is a dynamic and experienced aerial remote sensing company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. ITRES offers a diverse range of products and services which utilize remote sensing for the purpose of improved decision making for resource and environmental management using ground-based, airborne, and space instrumentation. Defense Research Establishment Suffield (DRES) and ITRES successfully concluded a three year test program to develop a real-time vehicle based surface landmine detection system utilizing the CASI sensor. Real time detection includes the radiometric correction of the CASI hyperspectral image and the subsequent application to several mine detection algorithms to generate mine location maps.
