EOD Unit is the national level organization which looks after all the tasks related to the range of areas such as: EOD, IEDD, Mine Action services, Mine Risk Education, Stockpile Destruction, Battle Area Clearance. In addition, the unit also provides trainings to the Nepali Army EOD personnel’s who are selected for the EOD missions in different conflict zones around the world under the United Nations program. Likewise, the unit is centre on producing the experts on EOD, IEDD and Mine action services. This unit works in close coordination with United Nations Mine Action Service.
