BOMICEN works as a leading unit and a major advisory agency of Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense (VMND) and Engineering Command (EC) in the domain of Bomb, Mine, Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) clearance technologies and training of contingent of qualified expert and staff for UXO clearance operations. BOMICEN is a UXO clearance technology R&D body and also a UXO clearance operator.
