This week, the 4th Annual Conference of National Directors of Mine Action Programmes in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is being held in Beirut. National Directors of Mine Action Programmes and other representatives are discussing current challenges in mine action in the MENA region as well as lesson learned. In addition, these 25 delegates are participating in group work and interactive discussions with mine action experts from the GICHD and the region.
