On 1st December, the Ukrainian Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine, Mr. Vadym Chernysh, paid an informal visit to the GICHD, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and the Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). During his visit, he learned about all three Centres' activities. Following the briefing sessions hosted by DCAF, Minister Chernysh visited the Centers’ premises. The Minister was accompanied by the Head of the Minister’s Office, Ms. Viktoria Voronina, and Mr. Norbert Ruetsche from the Swiss Embassy in Ukraine.
