The GICHD, the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the German Federal Foreign Office are pleased to invite you to attend a virtual launch event on December 10th at 15:00 for the “Improvised Explosive Device Clearance Good Practice Guide”.
This guide is focused on providing detailed field-level knowledge related to the clearance of IEDs to national mine action authorities, mine action operators, donors and other stakeholders.
Representatives from the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, UNMAS, UNDP, NPA and the Directorate of Mine Action of Iraq will join the GICHD in discussing key challenges, solutions and lessons learned. This will be followed by an open floor for questions to the panel.
