From the 30th of November to the 3rd of December 2020 - The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) in coordination with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe - Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (OSCE PCU) are holding an online Operational Efficiency Training course.
19 participants attended the training course from 5 government organisations, national training centres and national mine action centres.
The course aims to enhance the ability of training participants to efficiently plan, implement, monitor, assess and evaluate land release operations.
The GICHD Operational Efficiency Training consists of 5 modules:
- Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
- Organisation and governance, including prioritization
- Quality management
- Risk management
- Information management
The training is funded by the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office Germany).
