The GICHD seeks a consultant(s) with substantial experience in gender and diversity mainstreaming in the humanitarian and / or development sector to lead a needs assessment of the explosive ordnance risk reduction sector, as well as an evaluation of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, coherence, and sustainability of the GICHD’s external work to promote gender equality and inclusion. This evaluation will complement the mid-term review of the Centre’s strategy and serve as input to planning for the next strategy period.
