At the request of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Project Co-Ordinator in Ukraine, the Center for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and GICHD staff presented their expertise to a delegation from the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) and the Ministry of Defence.
Between 10-12 October, the delegation visited the Maison de la Paix to be briefed on the Centres' programmes worldwide and in Ukraine.
