Hélène Tejerina joined the GICHD in August 2002 and worked for 22 years in the People & Culture Division. In March 2024, she transferred to Information Management.

She is responsible for digital transformation, administration of collaborative platforms, forms & workflows, users support, IT coordination and knowledge management. She is also responsible for the commercial and the digital business apprenticeship programmes.

Hélène Tejerina holds a Masters in Political Science from the University of Geneva.
