Rosa-Maria joined the center as HR Manager to support development of the HR Roadmap on different HR projects.

Prior to joining the GICHD, Rosa-Maria has worked for more than 20 years in different HR managerial positions within consulting and FMCGs companies where she developed broad expertise in  remuneration,  international mobility, talent acquisition and talent development. She has a degree in International Business from the University of Westminster, UK, and a certification of Mediator and Person of Trust.
