The main function of the IADB Humanitarian Demining Division is to materialize the military presence of personnel with the technical, administrative knowledge, and managemental in the the O.A.S. Humanitarian Demining Missions. The military personnel provide training to the local people asigned to demining activities as well as certify that mine clearence operations are been carried out according to International Norms, contributing to the transparent application of the resources provided by the International comunity.
