The United Kingdom Mines Information & Training Centre (UK MITC) is the focal point for Tri-Services Mines Awareness Training. Sponsored by the Battlefield Engineering Wing at Minley in Surrey it carries out training and provides advice with a view to reducing the risk of landmine casualties to both civilians and military personnel.
